- Our Company Core Values
MEDACX was established in 2005 to deliver technology that you can trust.
Our organisational ethos is ‘Quality First’ from top down. We measure and control the product technology we deliver, to ensure it meets full market compliance and our customers’ expectations. To do this we work closely as a team with our product technology OEM partners of whom MEDACX represents as their key and sole responsible partner organisation here in the United Kingdom. We support not just product supply but product innovation, application, maintenance, calibration and training.
At MEDACX we are dedicated to ensuring we always comply with the spirit of the law, ethical standards, and international norms and to embrace responsibility for the company's actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere.
We strive to manage and minimise our environmental impact from our activities and by continually seeking to improve, ensure sustainability. Responsibility of our actions and our impact on the environment play a big part in our everyday activities; which is why from the outset in 2005 we embarked on making a difference and created a robust Quality Management System ahead of its time, which has dedicated policies to measure control and processes, to ensure the ‘Quality First’ outcomes we strive always to ensure we deliver.
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint in line with global climate goals and national sustainability initiatives. As an SME, we recognize the importance of taking responsible environmental action and integrating sustainable practices into our daily operations. Through our carbon reduction plan, we aim to achieve Net Zero by 2048 or earlier.
Business responsibilities are taken extremely seriously and every part of what we do is risk assessed under our robust ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System which is audited annually by BSI (British Standards Institute), the national standards body of the United Kingdom.
